Description
TV9900 is our innovative, easy-to-install profile for floor mounting.
Precise alignment of the glass is done from the safe inside of the profile, using the so-called "Dura Lock Technology". Our TV9900 glass railing is AbP-approved and can be installed both indoors and outdoors as a fall-protection barrier.
Called "the game changer", TV9900 boasts the highest rating for safety and durability.

Assembly

Drill, clean, apply adhesive and set the chemical anchor

Align the system and fix it with a ratchet

Fit the rubber seal, the plastic insert and the laminated glass.

Fit the adjustment system and align the glass as shown in the larger picture.

Fit the front rubber, the start cap and the end cap.

For laminated safety glass 8.8.2 / 8.8.4 and 10.10.2 / 10.10.4, in line with the AbP requirements for structural glass.
Up to 1300 mm with 8.8 and up to 1600 mm with 10.10. The load capacity is 3 kN and 4 kN respectively.
Yes. The profile is made of EN AW 6060 aluminium and the seals are UV- and water-resistant, so indoor and outdoor installation are equally possible.
The standard length is 5000 mm. We cut to a custom size on order.
Using Dura Lock Technology, from inside the profile, by up to 2 degrees. The glass does not need to be removed.
We recommend it. Anchoring and tilt adjustment determine the load capacity of the whole structure.
