Maximum panel size

Every glass panel is made individually to the exact dimensions and technical requirements of the project. Cutting, processing and toughening are done in advance, and the glass is precisely matched to the profile system it goes into. This ensures accurate, safe and efficient installation on site.

Toughened laminated glass

Toughened (ESG) and laminated (VSG) glass, with a thickness matched to the railing load and the chosen system.

Finished edges

ground and polished edges, ready for visible installation.

Holes and cut-outs to drawing

drilling for point fixings, cut-outs for handrails and corner joints.

Optional finishes

satin, gradient, digital print, partial frosting, anti-slip coating.

How manufacturing works

It takes about two months from enquiry to finished glass. Here is what happens during that time.

    Enquiry and dimensions

    You send us the site dimensions or a drawing. If anything is missing, we clarify it together before moving on.

  2. 02

    Design and quote

    We choose the system and glass thickness to suit the load, calculate the panels and send you a quote. Design is included, with no separate fee.

  3. 03

    Manufacturing

    Cutting, edging, drilling, toughening and laminating to the specified dimensions, with the required surface finishes.

  4. 04

    Quality control

    Every panel is checked for size and finishing before it leaves production.

  5. 05

    Packing and delivery

    The panels are packed for transport and delivered to the site or to the installation team.

Yes. Installation is a separate service, carried out mainly in southern Bulgaria and Sofia, and the coverage depends on the size of the project.
