1. Trader details

2. Subject
The website provides information, materials and content about glass and frameless railings, glass, custom measuring, installation, maintenance and solutions for indoor and outdoor glass railings. The content is for information only. Specific parameters, price, materials, lead time and scope of service are set out in an individual quote or contract.
3. Enquiries and orders
Sending an enquiry through the website does not automatically create a contract. A contract is considered concluded only after Taysk EOOD expressly accepts a quote or order and all essential terms have been agreed. The client is responsible for the accuracy of the dimensions, address and design information provided, unless the company has taken on the measuring in writing.
4. Prices, payment, delivery and installation
Prices, included work, transport, installation, lead time and payment are stated in the individual quote or contract. Payment terms are set in the individual quote according to the type and scope of the project. An advance payment may be required with an order, and its amount and any subsequent payments are clearly stated in the quote or contract. Payments are made in euros by bank transfer or by another method agreed in advance.
Lead time:
The time for production, delivery and installation is set individually for each project and starts once the order is confirmed, all technical parameters are agreed and the agreed advance payment is received. Where special glass, colours or custom components are needed, the lead time is specified separately in the quote. For consumer contracts, the specifically agreed lead time applies; where no other time has been agreed, the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Commission (KZP) states a general rule of delivery within 30 days.
Delivery and installation:
Delivery and installation are carried out in Bulgaria and, by prior agreement, in other countries. The price is set individually according to the site location, the order volume and the transport required. All delivery and installation costs are stated in the quote before the order is confirmed.
Dimensions and technical parameters:
Once the dimensions and technical specifications are finally confirmed, preparation of the custom components for the project begins. Any later change by the client is assessed individually and may lead to a change in price and lead time.
Delay caused by the client:
Where the work is prevented by lack of access to the site, unfinished preparatory work, changed dimensions or any other reason on the client's side, the agreed lead time may be adjusted accordingly. Any additional costs are agreed with the client in advance.
5. Acceptance and complaints
The client should check for visible defects on acceptance and notify the company within a reasonable time. Complaints must be submitted in writing to the email address given here: [email protected], with the quote or order number, a description and photos where applicable. The statutory rights of consumers are not limited by these terms.
6. Warranty and safety
The warranty period and scope are stated in the quote, the contract or the warranty document. The products must be used as intended and in line with the maintenance instructions. The warranty may not cover damage from incorrect installation by third parties, improper use, mechanical impact, normal wear and tear or changes made without consent.
7. Intellectual property
The texts, photos, graphics, logos and structure of the website are protected by law. Copying, distribution or commercial use without prior written consent is not permitted, except where allowed by law.
8. Liability and external links
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information up to date, but we do not guarantee that every publication is complete or applicable to a specific project.
