BV9900 – is our technically innovative and easy-to-install floor profile for top and side mounting.
The glass holding profile with an adjustable “Dura Lock Technology System” is used for the precise alignment of the glass from the safe inside of the profile.
What should be considered when buying frameless glass railings?
The durability of the internals
Plastics degrade over time and can cause glass railings to fail or become dangerous/unstable, so we use the strongest German plastic mixed with 30% glass (Certified and Patented) to ensure responsible durability and safety for decades long.
Weather Conditions Humidity, Rain, Sun
In order to withstand all meteorological conditions, we have equipped this aluminum profile with stainless steel inner parts and double the amount of UV protection.
Strength of the profile
We have our own test laboratory in which we test all our products and systems for their ultimate durability and only then can the products be marketed.
Example: BV9900 was pressed by us for 1 hour with four tons of pressure and the system still didn’t become unsafe!
Easy Installation
A key factor in any project is of course the labor costs involved. In order to minimize this, we have developed the BV9900 in such a way that this system can be installed quickly and easily without special tools. All work is carried out from the inside of the balcony, which makes the BV9900 unique and also suitable for self-assembly.
Adjustment of the glass
In order to perfectly align the glass, we have made it as easy as possible, just turning an M5 hex key to achieve precise adjustment of the glass tilt.
Glass – configurations
This system is suitable for 8.8 and 10.10 mm glass thicknesses. These are the most common glass configurations on the market.
Certification
You can rest assured that this railing system meets all safety requirements.
Tested in Germany and has a general building authority test certificate, fall protection according to DIN 18008-4.
Color modifications
BV9900 is available in matt anodized, brushed, or in any desired color.
